Looking up previous conversations with a visitor can give you the information you need to personalize your conversations. In addition to adding context, you will also save them the trouble of repeating information that was already conveyed. Previous conversations are available in the chat window itself and can be quickly scanned while talking to the visitor.


You can either view all preceding interactions with a visitor or the last conversation alone. Click on Load last chat at the top left of the widget and scroll up to get a refresher on the previous conversation.


To view a list of all previous conversations with a visitor, click on View all chats at the top right of the widget. You can click on any conversation for a more detailed view.
