Once the user feels the visitor is interested based on what they are doing on the website, a conversation can be initiated. For example, if a prospect is spending time on the pricing page for some time, it would be a good time to initiate a conversation.
To initiate a conversation select a person on your website from the visitors, prospects and customer list.
Click on the chat bubble next to the name to initiate a conversation. Once the conversation is initiated the chat is shifted to your conversation bar.
If there is no response to the conversation, then the chat is called ‘ignored'.
